Abstract/Notes The first described late Paleozoic syringoporid coral in the Canadian Western Cordillera, Sinopora pascuali sp.nov., is from the Dome Hills area, near Kamloops, British Columbia. It has strong Asiatic affinities. The age of the host rock is considered earliest Pennsylvanian(?).
